Four Gates Dairy

Quattro Portoni, the dairy that produces 100% buffalo milk cheese needed support in communicating its story and products to retailers and buyers. Particular attention had to be paid to the tone in which the products were to be represented: a warm and intimate tone that would immediately communicate the craftsmanship, authenticity, and atmosphere of the old farmhouse where the buffalo are raised and the cheeses are made. De Marchi Studio has produced a brochure that includes both a short monographic area and one dedicated to product presentation. Photographic shots of the products were taken in the company’s historic spaces.
